For those who don't know (I know you know), Underdog of the week basically means due to the difference in review score in general votes that you have a loyal core audience but not everyone gets you.

I think that's pretty inherent for Madness flashes actually since there is a specific audience for it who loves it and there is also those who hate it. Even though it might be good, when it gets a high exposure those who seek it are not the only ones who will find it and so it will be subjected more to those who have a negative perspective on Madness.

In this case I think it basically means that it has gotten a high exposure to everyone so a lot of opinions come to light.
