Madness Day 2017 Aftermath

So yeah, i decided to come out from my abyssal pit to say hi to the world

also make sure to check my Madness Day 2017 Entry this year, i know its too short for a longass hiatus, i will explain everything

And the collab i did with Spazers and the mad BOIS

sorry for being so innative lately, but my college is just breaking my balls at the moment, and all the free time i got i spent playing DOTA 2 with ''FRIENDS'' and watching dank memes on the internet, i just hope you guys understand but my interest of animating madness had been drastically decreased, so im planning my official retirement from madness after MADNESS DAY 2018, so i have HUGE plans for this date

it is time to move on and make something different, its been like 10 years since i first uploaded my very first submittion here on Newgrounds, time sure flies

So my current work by now is to finish that goddamn over-postponed Medieval Madness Cartoon i've been delaying for like 4 years, i know i said it before, but this time its official

I also have other plans like some shorts, memes and solo cartoons starring my OC, but for now, my main priority is the medieval thing

Also a OC redesign, thanks to jackson-siegel for the sprites, and NO you CAN'T have them

It'll be a shame to see an accomplished madness veteran like yourself stop creating such flashes, Gabe, though I'm not sure how much longer I'll make things myself aside from annual Madness Day submissions since my Madness Hunt trilogy was completed this past April. The two of us are the only people I know who have submitted at least one Madness Day submission every single year (even if some of your entries were posted on September 20th, 21st, or 23rd), and we along with Krinkels and Littleluckylink have probably been around on NG longer than any madness animator that hasn't already left the site or at least stopped making tributes. In any case, the medieval madness project seems like it'll be worth waiting for. Just be sure to finish strong with whatever your last animation might be. BTW nice character redesign and loop of the hotdog man dancing.

Gabriel, before you go... can you do a timelapse or a tutorial, so we can remember you, plz dont go out quietly or i will take years out of my life trying to be JUST LIKE YOU. weve all enjoy your smooth artstyle we all loved having you in the community (no homo) but if this isnt a joke and you really have to leave, plz do a tutorial or a timelapse or somthing! you will be greatly remembered to all animators such as myself, as a matter a fact, after i heard the news, i started trying to animate like you and i will feature your name in every collab! plz dont go!!! All the stuff that you make is (Sometimes) Well animated, but the storyline makes no fucking sense. And the fact you wont give away your character sprites makes me FUCKING MAD. AND THE FACT YOU DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME ANY OF YOUR CUSTOM SPRITES JUST BECAUSE I DON'T ANIMATE. I HARDLY EVEN KNOW HOW TO ANIMATE. The only reason i wanted you Customs is that i could use the faces.
